Form Tester Lite
Tiny Chrome extension for landing pages that runs a quick sanity check on your forms so you don't launch paid traffic into a broken funnel.
This will only be built if enough people tell us how they currently test forms and where they waste time.
The problem it wants to solve
Forms break in the dumbest possible ways, usually right after a change to copy, design or integrations. But full QA automation is overkill for a single landing page.
- ! You made a quick change to a hero or footer and a form stopped sending submissions
- ! You changed a tool in the stack and forgot to update embed code
- ! You move a landing from one builder to another and something silently breaks
Rough idea for the one job
Form Tester Lite should run a simple checklist for each form on the page without pretending to be a QA platform.
- ✓ List all forms found on the current page
- ✓ Check if basic required fields exist (email, name, etc) where it makes sense
- ✓ Run a test submission with safe dummy data
- ✓ Tell you if the front end obviously breaks or throws an error
Help validate this idea
If this sounds like something you would actually use once a week (not once a year), send us 3 lines about your current process. The whole point is to keep it small and focused.
